We provide a breakfast and afterschool club and take children in full time education aged between 4-11 years to and from five local Watford schools. We offer an active and nurturing environment by combining various activities including sports, IT learning, arts & crafts and more. We believe in stimulating children’s learning through play and our experienced staff are always there to support and encourage the children in our care.

Take your first step to a more active lifestyle. We know that getting active can be difficult so our local Get Active Specialists will give free, professional and friendly guidance to help you get started. Our team is highly qualified and experienced health and fitness professionals with a focus on helping people improve their health and wellbeing through physical activity.

Would you like to be part of the Active Herts programme, if so, please make sure you answer yes to the following questions:
• Do you currently do less than 30mins of physical activity that raises your breathing each week
• Are you over the age of 16?

• Learn exercises that can be done anywhere, anytime and at any age
• Tone up wobbly bits with exercise and have fun while doing it
• Learn what to eat to lose weight and keep it off without dieting
• Improve your cardio fitness to banish breathlessness

Karate (Mixed ages)

Developed in Hertfordshire over 29 years ago, Active Hertfordshire Karate’s commitment is to the pursuit of quality Shotokan Karate. The sessions develop a range of personal qualities and life skills for all ages and abilities and leads students, kids, teens or adults to be positive and the best they can be. First session free.

P.S Theatre

Here at P.S Theatre our aim is to engage children and young adults across the community. With three performances, a year. P.S Theatre will focus on:

We create friendly social environments for people over 55 in Watford and Three Rivers to come together for regular social gatherings, meet new friends, have a meal and most importantly have the chance to make new friends and have fun. We have weekly clubs in various locations, across Watford and Three Rivers.

Our popular evening youth club provides you with a chance to chill out with friends, play pool, table tennis, take part in crafts, sports and cooking. Sessions are FREE.
